How To Treat Hard Bumps In Labia During Pregnancy?

Hi,I m a 33 week pregnant diabetic. I have recently found 2 hard bumps in my vaginal area, one inside the labia and one on the outside. I did try to squeeze the one on the outside (I kind of freaked out) but nothing came out but blood. The one on the outside feels like it could almost be a skin tag but its flesh toned, as is the one on the inside. Is this something I should be worried about?
