How To Treat Headache And Discomfort In Neck?

Hie I am 27 years old and I have had a headache for the past 3 days, mostly mornings, evening and nights, my neck feels tired and I never have headaches, got a bit of a cold but this is way serious. Never experienced anything like it. Please help, do not want to bother busy nurses and doctors for no reason
