How To Treat Headache Caused By Acrylic Paint?

I painted some furniture outdoors with acrylic paint and spray paint. That same night I got a headache and awoke the following day very dizzy. It has persisted for over 24hrs. Will these symptoms go away on there own as long as I don't expose myself to anymore painting?
