How To Treat Hearing Loss Caused Due To Ear Inflammation And Clogged Ear?

I have bad ear inflammation I believe from viaga. I went to a ENT in my area and he did all hearing tests and said I had I clogged ear and some hearing loss. He gave me predisone 4mg 7 days it did not work. . He then gave me 10mg for ten days and it seemed to feel better after the 3rd day but know all loud noices hurt ny ear. I was going to go to the emergency room but my ENT said the ER wont be able to do anything. I have a follow up appointment for Tuesday.
