How To Treat Heart Palpitations Caused Due To Anxiety?

Hi, I have an anxiety disorder and because of it I get up to urinate frequently. I don't necessarily have the sensation that I have to. It's more of an OCD thing. At night, I get heart palpitations when I urinate. I would like some advice in this matter. Thank you.
