How To Treat Heart Valve Leak Post Benign Mass Attached To Heart?

my mom age 56 has learned she has a benign mass attached to a heart valve and a heart valve that is leaking. she has to have two heart surgeries done this month i gathered the leaking is what is causing her mini strokes and loss of memory. i guess i just was wanting better information if possible
