How To Treat Heaviness Around Eyes Due To Sinus?

Hi doctor, past two weeks I felt synes pain and havey around my eys and head. Cos of this I couldn't work ,I feel sleepy and tiring at my work time, I cannot concentrate on my work cos of heavy around my both eyes, ( I'm allergic to very cold weather)
