How To Treat Herpes In Mouth,jell Like Discharge From Stool And Nausea?

I am just recovering from flu and temp of 102. That lasted 3 days and I had diarrhea x1 day during this flu episode. 3 days later I developed herpes on mouth and in right nostril. Now I have these symptoms 5 days later- brown jelly like substance from stools, stomach pain, nauseated and my conjunctive sac is very pale, and I just don't fell well. Thank you
