How To Treat High Fever And Foam At Mouth During Sleep In Children?

My children have had a high fever. This is the second day they ve had a fever. I ve only seen one of the two foaming at the mouth during their sleep, I would appreciate any info I could get on what this is and if possible how to stop it. Thanks in advance :)
