How To Treat High Temperature,ear Pain,sore Throat And Lack Of Appetite?

I havent been able to stay awake at all today even falling asleep in work meetings. I have a high temperature, my legs ache, i have had slight ear ache all week and an occasional sore throat. i dont have much of an appetite and i generally dont have any energy at all and just want to sleep.
