How To Treat Hip Pain Radiating Towards Thigh?

Hai,I am suffering with pain in and around hip joint radiating down to the lateral aspect of thigh.All my investigations are normal which includes x ray, MRI Scans, blood investigations cup, cue, esr,lft, crp, are normal,Montoux test was positive,Tuberculin gold test positive,Serum uric acid 7.2,Pls find me the way to get rid of my pain
