How To Treat Holes In Stomach Leading To Pain?

Hi,My Daughter is 5 years old , and she often tells stomach pain, and after scanning they told there is minor holes around 10mm , and also there is throat infection due to that it might be. and they gave medicine for throat infection.but is that holes will be reduced or what.they asked to do scanning after some time to see if that holes will be reduced.will it be a major problem.
