How To Treat Hypoventilation Syndrome Leading To Chest Pain And Breathlessness?

I broke my ribs end of 2013 on my right side. From my back right close to my spine and then my side through to some front ones.(I feel off a frack and landed on my right side on a tree trunk/roots) I don t think my ribs fully healed properly because I still get pain from them everyday especially at the back and it also effects my breathing. From it I now have Hypovenalation Syndrome. So if I m moving around to much I end up not being able to breath and sometimes I get pins and needles on that half of the body and tingles. The doctors never took X-rays of them though. I couldnt walk or breath for days after it happened. I get sharp and achy pains in the back where I brook them. Is there anything I can do about this? Why am I still in pain? Please and thank you for your help.
