How To Treat Inconsistency While Passing Stools?

Hi, after a bowel movement and i wipe until it is clean. A few hours later I feel my anus leaking and need to go toilet to wipe again. I started eating more fibre and it still happens. Its really embarassing and is making me depressed. I would appreciate it if you could help me find a cure to this problem. Many thanks
