How To Treat Indentation In Forehead Without Any Surgery?

I noticed I have an indentation in my forehead about a month ago, and it is getting larger to the point that I look like I have been injured there in the past. Is this just collagen or loss of fatty tissue with age? I m 47. Can it be treated without surgery?
