How To Treat Infection In Bladder That Is Spreading To Kidneys?

Hi I m 18 and I ve had a bladder infection on and off for the past 6 months it keeps coming back its spread to my kidneys (i think because of the back pain) I ve had a fever, been peeing blood, nauseous (throwing up), been feeling confused and been experiencing a lot of pain should i be concerned the doctors haven t done anything for me i haven t pushed the issue and didn t have these symptoms before. Is it possible to get blood poisoning and how long do i have to correct this before it gets out of hand.
