How To Treat Intermittent Pain In Neck And Headache?

I have severe neck pain on and off for the past 5-6 years but just recently I ve started getting headaches as well. The headache is behind one eye at a time and that same temple. It will change sides of my head. I m 28 weeks pregnant and I m used to taking Excedrin for headache relief so now Tylenol does little to nothing. What can I do? Could my neck pain be triggering a headache? The nurse at the obgyn said it sounds like a sinus headache due to the pain being behind my eye, but sinus medication hasn t helped.
