How To Treat Intermittent Spots On Tongue?

Hi, I have problem with my tongue. Very often it gets some spots which are different in shape and usually surrounded by white and more red in the middle. I know I have some gall bladder stones which were pretty painful about two-tree years ago but no longer bother me. I do feel mild pain in the right side of my stomach ( probably gall bladder) but this is relatively rare and usually related to my PMS. Could you please help?
