How To Treat Intestinal Parasites And Diarrhea In Infants?

My son was just diagnosed with worms.I have had loose stools for over a month and today had a long, white string like thing with my bowels. Is it possible I also have worms/or a parasite ? I have another son that breastfeeds. Would I be able to take pinnex while breastfeeding ?
