How To Treat Irregular Periods And Cramps After Postinor 2 Usage?

hello dr. i had unprotected sex on saturday and took postinor 2 on sunday morning around 9 . i am seeing my period now but it is not flowing heavily as it usually does . its light and im getting the regular cramps . can you please explain to me what is happening ?
