How To Treat Irregular Periods?

hiii..I am 23 years old...(unmarried).... I m having irregular periods ie.., I get periods once in 2 or 3 months, this continued for 3 years..from my school days.my weight is increasing day by day as my height is also too short...i am also having a problem of acidity...daily i have to take 2 aciloc tab in a day...kindly help me out what should i do as my weight iss badly increasing...all my reports are normal...still i am suffering from both above problems....
