How To Treat Irritating Cut On Inner Labia?

I realized I had a small cut on my inner labia that I am assuming happened from shaving. I went to the doctor to ensure it was not an STD and I am in the clear, but the cut seems to be irritated and my inner labia on that side is not swollen. What should I do?
