How To Treat Itchiness All Over The Body?

Hi, I have really itchy skin. It's itchy all over. I do have exzyma on my hands, but thats the only place. I dont know why the rest of my body is itchy. I have no bug bites, so I dont know whats wrong. My mom wants to try calimine lotion ... and I've already tried Aveno cream and I dont know what else to do. Should I go see a doctor? maybe a skin doctor? or what else is there I can do ?
