How To Treat Itchiness And Bleeding Caused Due To Yeast Infection?

I have not had sex for months and I do not masturbate...but I have had a long time yeast infection....I have been treating it and it has seemed to finally be getting better but my four still pitches and I started scratching...I decided to treat it with a qtip with cream and found that it is bleeding pretty good...could it still be a yeast infection?
