How To Treat Itchiness And Bruise Below The Spine?

the bottom of my spine are has been itchy on and off for the past couple months. Not below the spine and not between my butt cheeks, I have not broken the skin scratching but it appears as if I have bruised the area. I am a 47 year old healthy female.
