How To Treat Itchiness In Breast Post Breast Cancer Surgery?

Six years ago I had breast cancer in left breast with reconstruction. Once or twice a year I get a sensation of the breast itching.My doctor and I agreed that it is most likely the nerves causing this.It started again yesterday but this time I have a rash on top of my breast.I see my doctor in February for checkup and am wondering if I should see her before them.
