How To Treat Itching After Inverted Follicular Keratosis Removal?

I've just had a inverted follicular keratosis removed for the third time. This thing grows voraciously, itches annoyingly, and is painful to remove (local anesthetic feels like Draino!...reactin lasts weeks). It is also quite costly to keep going in for the excision. Is there not another treament that might be helpful...homeopathic perhaps? I've been troubled with this condition for five years now.
