How To Treat Itching In Pubic Area And Bumps Around Penis Head?

Im itching alot in my groin area there is also yellow hair growing by my upper thighs next to groin area as well as my scrotum and bottom shaft, my testicle have a bad odor in jus minutes after having a shower, both of my eyes have cyst on inside and are not going away,there are also very small amount of bumps on the area of cyst on eyelid. I also have bumps around my head of penis which I believe to be penile papaules. What do you suggest I have? I cant go on with my life until I figure this out!! Please help me!!
