How To Treat Itchy Blisters On Wrist?

I have a few places on both wrists..they started out little blisters and now they are really red...the itching is not as bad as it was, but Im trying to get them well..I am on meds that suppress the immune system, so it takes me longer to heal. I have had the prob at least 5 mos..the husband dont have them, so not contagious...
