How To Treat Itchy Bumps On Skin?

For the past four day i am waking up with allergy bumps all over my skin and as I start my morning routine the get bigger and itch even more. At first I tought it was the vegetarian meat I started eating monday, but I did not have any yesterday and still the same thing happens this morning . They usually itch but I ignore them and use benedryl.
