How To Treat Itchy Circular Dry Patch On Inner Buttocks Area?

I have a circular dry patch on my inner buttock cheek that occasionally itches. It does not burn and has no specific color to it. It's been there for about 2 years now. In 2008 I was diagnosed with herpes and have only had 1 outbreak, in that region. What's your opinion?
