How To Treat Itchy Rash With Welt Like Hives On Body?

I woke up during the night with a very itchy rash...welt like hives on my buttocks and trunk...now its on my limbs...worse near elastic lines...have 3 dogs that go outside....took 3 year old to feed geese in a fielsd yesterday...walk one dog daily on edge of road in leaves and some weeds...ate clementine for first time....too many variables...beneadyl making itch feel better?
