How To Treat Jaundice Despite Being Diagnosed With G6PD In Infants?

My newborn son has been diagnosed with severe G6PD. I cannot breast feed. Right now he is on Similac Advanced, however I have noticed that this and most other commercially available formulas have contradicted ingredients. He is currently in the hospital stuck under bilirubin lights as he is having issues with jaundice. I am worried the formula is exasperating the problem. What can I feed my son??
