How To Treat Lack Of Sexual Desire?

Dear dr.. my husband and i have been married three months.we have not had sex till now.both of us are hypogonadic and had known this before marriage.My husband has low testosterone and is on capsule supplement.i am interested in physical relation but i dont have the courage to discuss this with him.he has not shown slightest interest.is it because of low levels of testosterone .pl advice .
