How To Treat Large Uterine Fibroids And Cervical Cysts?

Hi, I'm 42, diagnosed with Systemic Lupus, Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, among my gyn issues...Endo since I was 19 (4 laps, with removal of left ovary in 1994). I now have golf ball sized uterine fibroids, cervical cysts, a cyst on remaining (right)ovary and some irregular shaped "what looks on ultrasound to be A. a blood clot (if it goes away on it's own) or B. cancer. I also have some materials of sorts floating around in there with unknown growths from where left ovary was removed. I get very sick with my cycles and bleed inbetween. I am awaiting a call for a total hysterectomy date and am scared sensles. I am worried things may make life worse for me than they already are. 15 years ago I did 6 months of Lupron which was the worst time of my life and have had debilitating conditions since. My question is, well, since we are all different with different medical health, I suppose I would just like some advice as I know nothing is certain. Other that the fact the my dr does believe this is necessary at this point. Thanks, Kim
