How To Treat Leg Cramps And Tightness Of Skin Leading To Redness On Hands?

I am a 56 yr old women fairly active, 5'8" st about 130. Without being on female hormones, have already gone thru change and have pretty high blood pressure off and on mostly on. I eat well not too many salts, have leg cramps often, drink fluids, smoke moderately, don't really drink. Nightly the skin on my hands gets tight feeling, they get red and swollen and ache. Why? also my pulse is always good if not low.
