How To Treat Leg Pain And Raised Body Temperature Due To Physical Actives?

My twin sons are 4 yrs old. They are too play full and so have much physical activities as well. One of them is complaining of leg pain and experience mild temperature during night time. Not all nights, but a day or two in a week and this is noticed for last two weeks. Absolutely good during day time. Is this a worrisome condition?
