How To Treat Leg Ulcer Around My Ankle And Calf?

doctor i have a leg ulcer around my ankel and calf for about a year and it is very painfull i h ave yust finish 4 doses of keflex but it continues to have a lot of fluid coming ouyand my calf is very painfull i havent been able to sleep in weeks also iam taking slow release tramadol 100 x 2 a day i wash my wound every day and put bactarin dressing only as i am so sensative i can not put a combine dressing please give me some advaice
