How To Treat Lesions Causing Itching Inside The Left Forearm?

i was sleeping and i woke up with the inside of my left forearm itching. i looked down and there was about 20 half in. to 3/4 in. peanut shaped lesions with circle's in the middle (red but barely raised on skin) they slowly dissapeared ( about 4 to 5 hour's ) what is this? should i be concerned?
