How To Treat Liquid Discharge From Uterus Post Hysterectomy For Ovarian Cancer?

I had a total hysterectomy and removal of fat layers On December 16th(ovarian cancer) My incision is healing well except for the 1/2 inch below my umbilicus which has separated and continues to ooze. Unfortunately, only steri strips were used and didn't stay on for long. When I showed it to the nurse post-op(dec30) she thought it was fine. Now it's 6 days later and seems the same. I am starting chemo in 2 days. Should I be concerned?
