How To Treat Loss Of Hearing,cough And Headache While Suffering From Laryngitis?

I ve had a viral infection with laryngitis for a week now. I ve lost my voice, apart from whispering. My hearing is so muted I can hardly hear anything above my own heartbeat. My eardrums are extremely painful. I ve got a constant stabbing headache. A nasty chesty cough and sore throat. The mucus I m bringing up is green. The pressure of coughing etc keeps making my nose bleed from both sides. I have continuous hot and cold flushes and sweat profusely. My throat is swollen, as are my glands. My face and eyes hurt.
