How To Treat Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi. Please I recently started developing pains in my lower abdomen and sides most especially when I have to use the toilet. The paint is usually so sharp that I won't need about to walk well. Please help me I hope I don't have an infection that will affect my reproductive organs.
