How To Treat Lump On The Top Of Upper Lip Line?

Ive had a tiny pimple like lump (i squeezed it once and it was liquid inside) for a few years, without any bother, on the top of my upper lip line. I may have grazed it a day or so ago, and now it has "come up" and i can only assume it has become inflamed/infected, which, particularly where it is, is uncomfortable and wonder how i can treat it.
