How To Treat Lymphedema Of Leg Inspite Of Taking Aldactone?

I have lymphedema in my right leg. No matter what I do the swelling does not get better. I wear a 2 compression stocking, during the day. I have been wrapping it since mid Nov. I have had ldm and it did not seem to improve. I massage myself for? About 10 minutes a day.. I sit with my feet and legs up the wall for 20 minutes 3x a day.. my dr. Asked me to try aldactone..I started it yesterday, and I have lots of tingling in my leg.what elsecan I do to make it better. Thank you.my e mail is YYYY@YYYY .
