How To Treat Menopause?

My blood work just came back and I was told that I am in full blown menopause. I know what menopause means, but I really don't know what to expect. So, my question for you is what do I need to know, what should I do to make this easier on myself, should I stay with my primary care physician or go to my GYN and any other advise you want to share. Thanks!
