How To Treat Micro Hemorrhage And Possible Slight Blood Vessel Damage?

I told my doctor family physician that I had a pain on top of head when I pressed a certain point on my skull and my MRI examination of my head indicated a micro haemorrage and a possiblilty of a little blood vessel broken. My doctor recommended a neurologist in the next few weeks.I have bumped my head a couple of times and once because of my emotional state of mind in a verbal outburst I felt something in my head pop off. Any information would be helpful
