How To Treat Midge Bites On 15 Month Old Baby?

How to treat midge bites on 15 month old baby? We went away camping in our camper trailer my poor little boy has so many bites from head to under his feet. He was dressed in long pants & long sleeve tshirt but still is covered. I have noticed the bites are raised red with a blister/pimple which is slightly weeping. Do u think this means his allergic or infection? Will call the gp in the morning this happened over Easter.
