How To Treat Mild Discomfort On Both Sides Of Butt Crack?

Hi I keep feeling a mild uncomfortable feeling on both sides of my butt crack as if the pain is going towards the hole but is not cantered there. No lumps had a bleed bright red without stool after I scratched my crack post a long day about 10 days back. No recurrence no history of famil cancers of the bowel etc and I am 36 male
