How To Treat Mild Kidney Cortical Thinning With CKD Stage 3?

I recently diagnosed with mild kidney cortical thinning, ckd stage 3. Do not have diabetes, hypertension or history of taking nsaids. Doctor thinks cause may have been an infection at some point in time. I have started calc sulph, homeopathic remedy for my birth sign, Scorpio. Will probably take for some time in hopes that the cortex may regenerate to a certain extent. Any additional suggestions? Thank you.
