How To Treat Moderate Enlargement Of Thyroid Gland On Left Side?

Hello! When I swallow I feel something in the left side of my throat for about a year. But lately I feel it more and now since 2 months I feel a bad taste, even drinking water or anything is the same taste. It is like an infection. My primary Physician recommend me a Barium Swallow images that I have done and the images were fine. Then I saw an ENT and he did a Laringoscopy, the result were fine. He said that maybe I have acid reflux and recommend me a diet free of acidic content and Omeprazole. I m not taking any medication. Also about 2 years ago I had an ultrasound of my thyroid gland, the result moderate enlarge the left side. I do not feel any acid reflux.
